It's fun, ranch-fresh and easy for you to plan. We even have 'Classroom in the
Corn' curriculum packages that you can download.
School field trips are welcome during the week by reservation only, from September 26 through October 29. Farm admission for students is $5.00 each. Teachers are free. Make online reservations here.
All of the attractions will be open for students to enjoy. We also offer an educational tour of our FeedLot, which is an enhanced learning experience for everyone.
Please bring water and encourage your students to dress sensibly for a day of outdoor activities. You may bring picnic lunches; tables are provided for your group.
Teaching Resources
Hands-on learning experiences are always best when students have been prepared for what they are about to encounter and are able to then discuss what they learned afterwards. We are pleased to offer our Classroom in the Corn learning series to make your field trip more exciting and memorable ... as well as a better learning experience. These Teacher Resource Guides are broken into separate grade ranges and each include: activity goals, National Curriculum Standards, preparation required, materials needed, worksheets, and step-by-step instructions.
